My 2025 Exercise Journey

After 2023 and 2024, I continued my journey of physical exercise and self-improvement in 2025, mainly consisting of running, weight training at the gym, and muay thai training. Here's a brief recap:

Running

My running activities mostly consisted of running at the GBK sports complex, Jakarta. I also joined several running events:

14K (relay 5) at UI Ultra on December 7, 2025 in Depok, West Java, organized by FE UI Runners Community

I mostly ran with my office friends at GBK while sometimes with friends from FISIP UI Runners and Sosbud Berjaya clubs. I'd like to thank those who have accompanied my running throughout the year: Stephanie, Rira, Poppy, and my other office friends; Chorni, Indri, Vivi, and my other Sosbud Berjaya friends, whom I cannot mention one by one.

Muay Thai

After training at a muay thai gym in 2023-2024, this year I switched to free classes provided by my office for its employees while I continued joining free classes provided by my gym. I'd also like to thank those who have accompanied my muay thai trainings throughout the year: G. Aji, Mas R. Aji, coaches Holik and Samsuddin, and my other office friends, whom I cannot mention one by one. Also the coaches at my gym: coaches Ronald and Maulana.

With this, I would like to express my appreciation and gratitude for those who have accompanied my 2025 exercise journey. Thank you for helping me improve myself.

I hope that in 2026 I'll continue this journey to be better, faster, stronger.
